Safe first steps

1. Turn off the water supply to the dishwasher immediately.
2. Check for any visible leaks around the dishwasher and the water supply connections.
3. If you find any leaks, dry the area thoroughly and ensure all connections are tight.
4. If no leaks are found and the error persists, check the Aqua-Stop system for any blockages or damage.
5. If the Aqua-Stop system is damaged or the error continues, arrange a service visit — do not run the appliance.

When to stop

• Stop if you see water pooling around the dishwasher or near electrical connections — risk of electric shock.
