Safe first steps

1. Check if the dishwasher is plugged in and the power supply is functioning.
2. Ensure the water faucet connected to the dishwasher is fully closed.
3. Unscrew the water connection and check the strainer for clogs. Clean it if necessary.
4. Reattach the water connection and check for any leaks before turning the power back on.
5. If the error persists after these checks, inspect the dishwasher for any visible damage or loose connections — do not run the appliance.

• Stop if you notice water leaking from the connections or the appliance — risk of flooding.
