Safe first steps

1. Unplug the washing machine from the power outlet to ensure safety before inspection.
2. Locate the filter cover at the bottom front of the washing machine and open it.
3. Remove the filter and check for any debris or obstructions. Clean it thoroughly if necessary.
4. Inspect the pump area for any visible blockages and remove them carefully.
5. Reassemble the filter and cover, plug the machine back in, and run a short cycle to check if the error persists.
