Safe first steps

1. Turn off the dryer and unplug it from the power source.
2. Locate the lint filter, usually found at the front of the dryer door. Remove it carefully.
3. Clean the lint filter under running water to remove all lint and debris. Allow it to dry completely.
4. Reinsert the lint filter back into its slot securely.
5. Plug the dryer back in and turn it on to check if the error code has cleared.

• If the error code E:69 persists after cleaning the lint filter, stop and call a professional for further assistance.
