Safe first steps

1. Unplug the washing machine from the power outlet to ensure safety before starting any checks.
2. Locate the filter at the front bottom of the washing machine and open the cover to access it.
3. Remove the filter and check for any blockages or foreign objects. Clean it thoroughly if necessary.
4. Reinsert the filter and close the cover securely. Plug the washing machine back in and run a drain cycle to test.
