Safe first steps

1. Check if the fridge door is fully closed. If not, close it securely.
2. Inspect the door seal for any dirt or damage. Clean or replace it if necessary.
3. Ensure there are no obstructions preventing the door from closing properly.
4. If the error code E9 still appears after closing the door and checking the seal, the door sensor may be faulty. Arrange for a service visit.
