Safe first steps

1. Turn off the dishwasher and unplug it from the power outlet.
2. Shut off the water supply to the dishwasher.
3. Unscrew the inlet hose from the dishwasher and carefully remove the external filter to clean it.
4. Check and clean both the coarse and fine filters inside the dishwasher.
5. Reattach the external filter and the inlet hose, ensuring all connections are secure before plugging the dishwasher back in.

When to stop

• Stop if you see water leaking from the inlet hose or connections — risk of flooding.
