Safe first steps

1. Ensure the water inlet valve is fully open. If it is closed, turn it counterclockwise to open it.
2. Disconnect the water supply hose from the washing machine and check the filter for any blockages. Clean it if necessary.
3. Inspect the water supply hose for any kinks or damage. If you find any deformities, replace the hose.
4. Reconnect the water supply hose and turn on the water inlet valve. Start a new wash cycle to see if the error persists.
5. If the error continues after checking the valve, filter, and hose, the water inlet valve may be faulty. Arrange a service visit — do not run the appliance.

When to stop

• Stop if you notice water leaking from the connections or the appliance — risk of flooding.
