Safe first steps

1. Unplug the washing machine from the power outlet to ensure safety before starting any checks.
2. Check the pump filter for any blockages. Remove the filter cover, clean it, and ensure it is free of debris.
3. Inspect the drain hose for kinks or clogs. Ensure it is not blocked and is positioned correctly.
4. If the pump filter and drain hose are clear but the error persists, check for any visible damage to the pump. If damaged, do not use the machine and arrange for a service visit.
