Safe first steps

1. Open the washing machine door and check if the laundry is stuck or tangled.
2. Manually redistribute the laundry to ensure it is evenly distributed in the drum.
3. Close the door securely and restart the washing program.
4. If the error persists after redistributing the laundry, check for any visible damage to the motor or wiring.

When to stop

• Stop if you see any smoke or smell burning near the motor area — risk of fire.
