Safe first steps

1. Check if the washing machine door is fully closed. Open and close it firmly to ensure it latches properly.
2. Inspect the door latch for any visible obstructions or damage. Remove any debris that may be blocking it.
3. If the door is closed and the latch is clear but the error persists, check the wiring connected to the door lock for any signs of damage.
4. If you find any damaged wiring or the door latch is malfunctioning, do not attempt to use the washing machine. Arrange for a service visit.
