Safe first steps

1. Check the drainage hose for any kinks or clogs that may prevent water from draining properly.
2. Clean the pump filter by opening the filter cover and removing any debris. Make sure to place a cloth on the floor to catch any spilled water.
3. Reinstall the pump filter and ensure it is secured properly before closing the filter cover.
4. If the error persists after cleaning the filter and checking the hose, inspect the pump for any visible damage or blockages.

• Stop if you see water leaking from the machine or around the drainage area — risk of flooding and electric shock.
