Safe first steps

1. Unplug the washing machine from the power outlet to ensure safety before inspection.
2. Check the drainage hose for any kinks or blockages. Ensure it is properly connected to the drain.
3. Remove and clean the filter located at the bottom front of the washing machine. Make sure to have a towel ready to catch any water.
4. Reassemble the filter and drainage hose, then plug the washing machine back in and run a short cycle to test for drainage.
5. If the error persists after cleaning, check for any visible damage to the drainage components and arrange a service visit if necessary.

• Stop if you see water leaking from the drainage area — risk of flooding or water damage.
