F04 · Electronic module failure

Safe first steps

1. Ensure the washing machine door is securely closed and the child lock is disengaged.
2. Check if the water supply valve is open and press the 'Start/Pause' button again.
3. Disconnect the power supply to the washing machine for at least 5 minutes to reset the electronic module.
4. Reconnect the power and attempt to start the washing machine again. If the error persists, the electronic module may need replacement.

When to stop

• Stop if the washing machine emits unusual sounds or if the display shows any other error codes — risk of component damage.
