Safe first steps

1. Check if the washing machine door is fully closed and latched properly.
2. Inspect the door seal for any obstructions or damage that may prevent the door from closing.
3. If the door is closed and the seal is clear, try resetting the washing machine by unplugging it for a few minutes.
4. If the error persists after resetting, check the door lock mechanism for any visible damage or malfunction.
5. If the door lock mechanism is damaged or the error continues, do not use the washing machine and arrange for a service visit.
