Safe first steps

1. Turn off the washing machine and unplug it from the power source.
2. Check the lint filter and drain pump for any blockages or debris.
3. Reassemble any parts you removed and plug the machine back in.
4. Turn on the washing machine and select a drying cycle to see if the error persists.
5. If the error F15 still appears, check for any visible damage to the drying components and arrange for a service visit if necessary.

When to stop

• Stop if you notice any unusual smells or sounds during the drying process — risk of fire.
