Safe first steps

1. Unplug the dryer from the power outlet to ensure safety before inspection.
2. Check the wiring connections between the motor and the control unit for any visible damage or disconnection.
3. If you find any loose or damaged wires, securely reconnect or replace them as necessary.
4. If the error persists after checking the connections, do not attempt to operate the dryer and arrange for a service technician to inspect the motor and control unit.

• Stop if you notice any burning smell or see smoke coming from the dryer — risk of fire.
