Safe first steps

1. Ensure the door is fully closed and press the 'Start/Pause' button to initiate the program for 20 seconds.
2. After 20 seconds, attempt to unlock the door. If it does not unlock, check for any obstructions or debris around the door latch.
3. If the door remains locked and you hear unusual sounds, stop using the washer-dryer and check for any visible damage to the door lock mechanism.
4. If the door lock is visibly damaged or the fault persists after checking, arrange a service visit — do not run the appliance.
