Safe first steps

1. Check if the water supply tap is open.
2. Inspect the water supply hose for kinks or bends.
3. Ensure the water supply hose is properly connected to both the tap and the dishwasher.
4. If the water supply tap is open and the hose is not kinked but the error persists, check for any blockages in the hose.
5. If you find any blockages or damage in the hose, replace it before using the dishwasher again.

When to stop

• Stop if you see water leaking from the hose or connections — risk of flooding.
