Safe first steps

1. Turn off the dishwasher and unplug it from the power source.
2. Remove the filter plate from the bottom of the dishwasher.
3. Inspect the filter plate for any blockages and clean it under running water if necessary.
4. Reinstall the filter plate securely and plug the dishwasher back in.
5. Run a short cycle to check if the error persists. If it does, check for visible damage to the filter plate.

When to stop

• Stop if you see water leaking from the dishwasher — risk of flooding.
