Safe first steps

1. Inspect the drain hose for any blockages or kinks.
2. Ensure the drain hose is properly installed and not too high or low.
3. Remove the drain hose from the machine and check for any debris inside.
4. If the hose is clear but the error persists, check the drain pump for blockages.
5. If the drain pump is blocked or damaged, arrange a service visit — do not run the appliance.
