Safe first steps

1. Check that the water supply tap is fully open.
2. Inspect the water inlet hose for kinks or obstructions.
3. Ensure the water inlet hose is properly connected to both the tap and the washing machine.
4. If the water supply is normal but the error persists, check for any visible leaks around the hose connections.
5. If you find any leaks or the issue continues, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.

When to stop

• Stop if you see water leaking near the hose connections — risk of flooding.
