Safe first steps

1. Check if the water supply tap is open.
2. Ensure there is sufficient water pressure by checking other faucets in your home.
3. Inspect the water inlet hose for any kinks or blockages.
4. If the water supply is normal but the error persists, check for any visible leaks around the water inlet area.
5. If you find any leaks or damage, arrange a service visit — do not use the dryer.

When to stop

• Stop if you see water leaking near the dryer — risk of electric shock.
