Safe first steps

1. Unplug the washer-dryer from the power outlet to ensure safety.
2. Locate and remove the anti-sand filter, then check for clogs or foreign objects.
3. Clean the anti-sand filter thoroughly and reinstall it.
4. Plug the washer-dryer back in and run a short drain cycle to check if the issue is resolved.
5. If the washer-dryer still does not drain, check for visible damage to the filter or hoses — if damaged, arrange a service visit.
