Safe first steps

1. Unplug the washer-dryer from the power outlet.
2. Check the pump filter for blockages and clean it if necessary.
3. Ensure the drain hose is properly installed and not kinked or blocked.
4. Plug the washer-dryer back in and run a short cycle to check if the issue is resolved.
5. If the problem persists after cleaning, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.
