Safe first steps

1. Open the door of the washer-dryer.
2. Shake the load gently to free it from the drum wall.
3. Place the load back into the drum evenly.
4. Close the door securely and attempt to restart the machine.
5. If the error persists after following these steps, check for any visible obstructions or arrange a service visit.

When to stop

• Stop if the load remains stuck after multiple attempts — risk of mechanical injury or damage to the drum.
