Safe first steps

1. Open the dryer door and remove the door filter. Check for lint buildup and clean it thoroughly.
2. Locate the bottom filter inside the dryer. Remove it and clean any lint or debris that may be obstructing airflow.
3. Reinsert both filters securely back into their respective slots and close the dryer door.
4. Run a short drying cycle to check if the error code E7 has cleared. Monitor the dryer for any unusual noises or smells.

When to stop

• If the error code E7 persists after cleaning the filters, or if you notice any burning smells or smoke, stop using the dryer immediately and call a professional.
