Safe first steps

1. Unplug the washer-dryer from the power source to ensure safety before starting any checks.
2. Locate the filter, usually found at the front bottom of the machine, and open it carefully.
3. Check the filter for any blockages or foreign objects. Clean it thoroughly if necessary.
4. After cleaning, reassemble the filter and plug the washer-dryer back into the power source.
5. Run a short wash cycle to check if the E3 error persists. If it does, further investigation may be needed.

When to stop

• If the washer-dryer still does not drain after cleaning the filter, and you hear unusual noises, stop and call a professional for assistance.
