Safe first steps

1. Unplug the washer-dryer from the power outlet to ensure safety before starting any checks.
2. Locate and clean the pump filter, which is usually found at the front bottom of the appliance. Remove any debris or blockages.
3. Check the drainage hose for kinks or blockages. Ensure it is properly installed and not submerged in water.
4. Plug the washer-dryer back in and run a short drain cycle to see if the error code E5 persists.
