Safe first steps

1. Unplug the washer-dryer from the power outlet to ensure safety before inspection.
2. Check the heating element for any visible damage or signs of wear. If damaged, it will need to be replaced.
3. Inspect the wiring connected to the heating element for loose connections or fraying. Tighten or replace as necessary.
4. If the heating element and wiring appear intact, plug the washer-dryer back in and run a test cycle to see if the error persists.
