Safe first steps

1. Unplug the fridge freezer from the power supply.
2. Locate the sensor connections inside the fridge freezer.
3. Check the sensor connections to ensure they are secure and not damaged.
4. If the connections are loose or damaged, reconnect or replace them as necessary.
5. Plug the fridge freezer back in and monitor for the error code.

When to stop

• Stop if you notice any exposed wires or burning smells near the sensor connections — risk of electric shock
