Safe first steps

1. Turn off the dishwasher and unplug it from the power source.
2. Remove the lower dish rack to access the filter.
3. Unscrew and remove the filter from the dishwasher.
4. Clean the filter under running water to remove food residues and limescale.
5. Reinstall the filter and lower dish rack, then plug the dishwasher back in and turn it on.

When to stop

• Stop if the filter shows visible damage or if the error persists after cleaning — risk of component damage.
