Safe first steps

1. Unplug the dryer from the power outlet to ensure safety.
2. Remove the bottom filter from the dryer.
3. Clean the bottom filter under running water to remove any lint or debris.
4. Reinsert the clean bottom filter back into the dryer.
5. Plug the dryer back into the power outlet and run a test cycle to check if the error persists.

When to stop

• Stop if the filter is damaged or if there is excessive lint buildup around the filter area — risk of fire.
