Safe first steps

1. Check the lint filter for any blockages.
2. Remove the lint filter and clean it thoroughly under running water.
3. Reinsert the lint filter back into the dryer.
4. Run a short drying cycle to see if the error code E3 persists.
5. If the error code E3 continues to appear, check for any visible damage to the lint filter or its housing — if damaged, arrange a service visit.
