Safe first steps

1. Turn off the induction hob and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Turn the induction hob back on and check if the error persists.
3. Check the power supply to ensure the hob is plugged into a working outlet.
4. Inspect the fuses in the fuse box and replace any that are blown.
5. If the error persists after these steps, arrange a service visit — do not use the hob.

When to stop

• Stop if the hob shows signs of overheating or if there are unusual sounds — risk of fire.
