Safe first steps

1. Check if the water supply valve is open.
2. Inspect the water supply hose for kinks or blockages.
3. Ensure the hose is properly connected to both the dishwasher and the water supply.
4. If the water supply valve is open and the hose is clear but the error persists, check for leaks around the connections.
5. If you find any leaks or the issue continues, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.
