Safe first steps

1. Check that the water supply valve is fully open.
2. Inspect the water supply hose for any kinks or bends.
3. Ensure the hose connections are secure and not leaking.
4. If the water supply is open and the hose is fine, but the error persists, check for any blockages in the hose.
5. If the hose is clear and the valve is open but the appliance still does not fill, arrange a service visit — do not run the appliance.

When to stop

• Stop if you see water leaking from the hose or connections — risk of flooding.
