Safe first steps

1. Turn off the induction hob completely.
2. Wait for 30 seconds before turning the hob back on.
3. If the error persists after restarting, check for any objects covering the touch control panel.
4. Ensure that the pot used is compatible with the induction hob.
5. If the error still occurs, arrange a service visit — do not use the hob.
