Safe first steps

1. Turn off the induction hob and wait for 30 seconds before turning it back on.
2. Check if there is any object covering the touch control panel and remove it.
3. Ensure that the pot you are using is compatible with the induction hob and is centered correctly on the hob zone.
4. If the error persists after following the previous steps, check for any visible damage to the fan or listen for unusual noises.
5. If you notice any damage to the fan or the error continues, arrange a service visit — do not use the hob.
