Safe first steps

1. Check if the fridge and freezer doors are fully closed.
2. Inspect the door seals for any damage or debris that may prevent proper sealing.
3. If the doors are closed and seals are intact, unplug the appliance for 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
4. If the error persists after restarting, check the temperature settings to ensure they are set correctly.
5. If the temperature remains high despite correct settings, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.
