Safe first steps

1. Check if the fridge and freezer doors are fully closed.
2. Inspect the door seals for any damage or debris that may prevent proper sealing.
3. If the doors are closed properly and the issue persists, unplug the appliance for 5 minutes and then plug it back in.
4. If the temperature alarm continues to sound after restarting, check the internal temperature settings.
5. If the temperature remains high despite correct settings, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.
