Safe first steps

1. Check if the fridge and freezer doors are fully closed.
2. Inspect the door seals for any damage or debris that may prevent proper sealing.
3. If the doors are closed properly and the seals are intact, check the temperature settings to ensure they are set correctly.
4. If the temperature is still high after checking the above, consider unplugging the appliance for a few minutes and then plugging it back in.
5. If the error persists after these checks, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.
