Safe first steps

1. Check the temperature display to ensure it is showing the correct temperature.
2. Ensure the fridge freezer is not positioned near a heat source, such as an oven or direct sunlight.
3. If the temperature display is incorrect or the appliance is still showing the F5 error, unplug the fridge freezer for 5 minutes and then plug it back in.
