Safe first steps

1. Check if the fridge and freezer doors are fully closed.
2. Inspect the door seals for any damage or debris that may prevent proper sealing.
3. If the doors are closed and seals are intact, check the temperature settings for both compartments.
4. If the temperature settings are correct and the issue persists, consider unplugging the appliance for a few minutes and then plugging it back in.
5. If the high temperature fault continues after these checks, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.

When to stop
