Safe first steps

1. Turn off the dishwasher and unplug it from the power source.
2. Check the drain filter located at the bottom of the dishwasher and remove any debris or blockages.
3. Inspect the drain pump for any visible blockages and clean it if necessary.
4. Reassemble the filter and plug the dishwasher back in. Turn it on to check if the error persists.
5. If the drain pump is visibly damaged or the error persists after cleaning, arrange a service visit — do not run the appliance.

• Stop if you see water leaking from the dishwasher — risk of flooding and electric shock.
