Safe first steps

1. Turn off the dishwasher and unplug it from the power source.
2. Remove the bottom spray arm and any debris around the drain area.
3. Check the drain pump for blockages and clean it if necessary.
4. Ensure the drain pump cover is securely fastened before reassembling the dishwasher.
5. If the drain pump is visibly damaged or the error persists after cleaning, arrange a service visit — do not run the appliance.

• Stop if you see water leaking near the drain pump or electrical connections — risk of electric shock.
