Safe first steps

1. Check if the water supply valve is fully open.
2. Inspect the water supply hose for any kinks or blockages.
3. Ensure the hose is properly connected to both the machine and the water supply.
4. If the hose and valve are clear but the error persists, check for blockages in the machine's water inlet filter.
5. If the filter is blocked, clean it thoroughly. If the error continues after cleaning, arrange a service visit — do not run the appliance.

• Stop if you see water leaking from the hose or connections — risk of flooding.
