Safe first steps

1. Check the water drain hose for any visible kinks or bends.
2. Ensure the drain hose is not pinched or extended beyond acceptable limits.
3. Inspect the drain hose for clogs by detaching it and checking for blockages.
4. If the hose is clear but the error persists, check the drain pump for any obstructions.
5. If the drain pump is visibly damaged or the fault persists after cleaning, arrange a service visit — do not run the appliance.
