Safe first steps

1. Turn off the water supply to the washer-dryer immediately.
2. Unplug the washer-dryer from the electrical outlet to prevent any electrical hazards.
3. Check the base of the appliance for visible water and identify the source of the leak, such as hoses or connections.
4. If you find a damaged hose or connection, replace it before using the appliance again.
