Safe first steps

1. Unplug the fridge freezer from the power outlet.
2. Locate the evaporator sensor, usually found near the evaporator coil.
3. Check the connections of the evaporator sensor to ensure they are secure.
4. If the connections are secure but the error persists, consider replacing the evaporator sensor.
